Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. You can change plans at any time, with no annual contract; after cancelling, access stays until the end of the paid period.
What is a search template and how many do I get?
A template is a set of keywords and CPV categories you track tenders by. Pro includes 3 and Business 10 templates.
What happens after the trial period?
After 30 days, notification delivery is paused and cabinet access is closed. To continue, send a subscription request (Pro or Business) — we will contact you with payment terms.
What currency am I billed in?
Prices are shown in euros; an approximate amount in dinars is shown next to it, at the rate on the billing date.
