The final quantity and concentration of samples will follow the detection results by Provider. The price includes nucleic acid extraction, DNA sample quality control, library construction, library quality control, resequencing, and data delivery. All remaining samples will be destroyed by Provider 90 days after data delivery and Provider will not be responsible for the return of unused samples. All data will be deleted by Provider 90 days after shipment to the customer. Please contact your Provider representative for the associated costs to retain data beyond the 90-day period. A purchase order (PO) or payment will be needed to get the project started. Provider considers the receipt of client samples or client PO as an acknowledgement and acceptance of the terms and conditions of this quote. Upon Provider receipt of client samples or client PO, client agrees to pay the entire amount of each invoice issued by Provider within 30 days from the date of the invoice. The invoice will be issued based on the services rendered according to this quote close to project completion. Provider reserves the right to re-quote this project if the scope of the project changes, in which event Provider will not be required to perform the project unless both parties agree on the terms of the revised quotation. The service provided is for research purposes only, not for clinical or diagnostic use. Извлачење путем жреба наручилац ће извршити јавно, у присуству понуђача, и то тако што ће називе понуђача исписати на одвојеним папирима, који су исте величине и боје, те ће све те папире ставити у провидну кутију одакле ће прво извући само један папир. Понуђачу чији назив буде на извученом папиру ће бити додељен уговор. Након извлачења првог папира наручилац извлачи преостале папире један по један те сходно редоследу којим су извучени рангира преостале понуђаче. Понуђачима који не присуствују овом поступку, наручилац ће доставити записник извлачења путем жреба.
